A Healthy Living Life That I Wanted
A Healthy Living Life That I Wanted
Some people will say that a healthy life means to have a very beautiful body like Lady Gaga or for the men maybe just like Russell Crowe. But in reality, to have a balance and healthy life is not only about caring our shape of body but also including about caring of our internal body qualities. That means we must have a holistic point of view regarding what is a healthy living is all about. As for me there is three basic elements that I put forward to be my guide in order to stay healthy holistically.
Firstly, it’s about food. This is very critical subject because some people think that it’s enough to take food everyday without ever thinking what kind of food that we consume each time and each day. In order to have a healthy food, it’s important to choose only foods that’s gives us benefit. In doing so, we have to take foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables more often. And Limit high fat gravy and fried foods. And secondly, it’s about learn to give our body some great movement rather than just sitting on our chair for the whole day even after finished our office time. That means we have to choose some form of sport activities e.g. playing badminton, playing futsal or just walking around our neighbourhood.
And thirdly, is to have a balance spiritual life. Now days more and more peoples aware how important it is for us to have this kind of experience in our life. For that reason it is important for me as a Christian to take some time in everyday to ponder deeply into the Bible, and in the private prayer and communion with other Christ believer to be in good spiritual shape. For me religion and spiritual consciousness is not only about to have some rules in our life but also to fill the needs that exist within myself that cannot be satisfied with worldly material. This is the perfect healthy life that I wanted most.
